Dear friends of AARC/AART!

Last friday we have been informed that the FIA-Approval will be official in the next days. This means that we are allowed to use the FIA-Logo at the homepage and the PR-Folder. In the regulations there still is the note “ „subject of approvement by FIA“. Please don’t get carried away by this! Some minor modifications (wordings) need to be made and we are only allowed to remove the note once the FIA gives the OK. It may take a while, thank you very much for your understanding!

Reminder!

All AARC/AART-Teams will get publicity on the homepage with pictures and and PR-texts. So far only two teams have taken up the opportunity – if you have material please send it, you may as well include some sponsor logos.

ATTENTION: Please send all documents in pdf-format. For data protection reasons we are allowed to publish only pdf-documents. The same is valid for sponsor logos.

Rallye INA DELTA:

Good news from Rally INA-DELTA!

All AARC/AART-Teams pay an entry fee of only €150 until 28.5., in case of later payment or at the tecnical checks it will be €300.

All our teams will be invited for a stay in a double room from Thursday to Saturday (half-board) and the room plus breakfast from Saturday to Sunday – FREE of charge for driver and co-driver!!

How to book your room for RALLY INA DELTA as an AARC/AART-Team:

The event organizer already reserved 40 rooms in the Hotel Holiday and around 20 rooms in the Hotel Arena. Overnight stays from Thursday to Saturday (incl. Dinner) and the night from Saturday to Sunday (incl. breakfast). These will be double rooms for driver and co-driver.

On the INA DELTA RALLY-Homepage there is a list of hotels with the terms and conditions and contacts, in this section you can choose our hotel and book it.

After entries close for the rally the Hotels will receive Vouchers from the organizer as an agreement for the free rooms.

The rooms for other persons (mechanics, Manager or friends) and consumations from the Mini-Bar have to be paid at the hotel reception (cash or card).

We are very much looking forward to the first rally in Slovenia…
